The HCV-RNA (Hepatitis-C RNA) diagnosed patients are recommended interferon free Direct-Acting Antiviral (DAAs) therapy. Although the treated patients are reported viral resistance to DAAs, the genotype 3a infection is challenge to NS5A inhibitors leading to cirrhosis. Therefore, the patients with chronic Hepatitis-C treated with DAAs, nucleotide analogue inhibitors or NS5B protein have high risk of resistance. Breakthrough or relapse is not common with these drugs when used as monotherapy.NS3-4A protease inhibitors and non-nucleoside inhibitors have low susceptibility to resistance. Sofosbuvir-resistant variants have been discovered that disappear after treatment withdrawal. Patients who experience relapse after an INF-free treatment have large fraction of drug resistant viruses.

It is rather astonishing to note how during last decades the human microbiota has gained a considerable large and heterogeneous attention not only from medical practice and scientific environments but also from the large public opinion. In addition of registering a significant burst on the commercial use of prebiotics and probiotics, during the last years it has been also possible to observe the resurgence of some specific medical procedures such as colon cleanse and fecal transplants. Though still mostly empiric, it might worth noticing as well that large efforts and important advancements on microbiota research have been registered. Indeed, an increasing number of scientists are suggesting to consider microbiota as an additional human organ. This however, could be semantically and conventionally difficult to be accepted. Once microbiota is not composed by eukaryotic cells, it would be easier to rather consider it is a kind of symbiotic entity. Alternatively, but much more irreverent and provocative, it would be necessary to redefine the anatomo-functional architecture of humans (and probably most superior animals) as a kind of condominium composed by both eukaryotic and prokaryotic elements.

Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs), are widely used as first line of defense against most of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases. However, in spite of their apparent safer profile, as compared to steroids, they can also drive into moderate and severe reactions. Since the very beginning foremost concerns have been focused on the Gastric Damage coming from the inhibition of COX-1 derived prostaglandins, which were found to play a fundamental protective action on the overall stomach homeostasis. Thereafter indeed, most efforts to improve NSAIDs therapeutic proficiency were aimed at counteracting upper Gastrointestinal (GI) adverse reactions.

Introduction: Peritonitis is the inflammation of peritonitum, the thin tissue that lines the inner wall of the abdomen and covers most of the abdominal organs. Peritonitis may be localized or generalized, and may result from infection or from a non-infectious process. Case presentation: We present a case of a 21 years-old female patient with postpartum peritonitis who was admitted in the hospital. The diagnosis concluded with intestinal obstruction, fluid leakage along with bacterial and fungal infection. A successful laparotomy was performed. The patient was injected with different antibiotics, supplement and pre-operative and post-operative drugs. The patient is still admitted in the hospital and under observation. Conclusion: The patient is still under observation and is recovering fast after the surgery and medication. Our case report emphasizes that negligence of the physician while diagnosing can lead to severity of the disease and proper medical care is required during delivery to avoid postpartum infections.

The case study has been designed for a pediatric patient who passed away because of poor clinical and pharmaceutical care. The child belonged to Sahiwal and was suffering from meningoencephalitis that was not diagnosed appropriately by physicians in time. When the disease was diagnosed,the patient was in deeplycomatosedstate andwasgiven supportive treatment of dopamine and dobutamine along with antibiotics but due to delay in diagnosis the patient could not survive.Encephalitis isa neurological dysfunction caused by the inflammation of brain parenchyma. The poverty in our country is the major cause of many deaths in hospitals. Due to lack of proper treatment and unavailability of required resources for proper treatment the patient passed away.

The bacterium Salmonella typhus causes acute symptoms of typhoid following gastro intestinal complications. Thus, we have examined a 20 year-old boy, presented in District Head Quarter (DHQ) Hospital Sargodha, Pakistan suffering from high grade fever since last two weeks. He had typical signs of typhoid. The Salmonella typhus was confirmed by laboratory investigations- Widal test. He was then recommended Ciprofloxacin and Levofloxacin with other symptomatic medication. The cure rate and effectiveness of these antibiotics were outstanding. Thus, we can infer that, the treatment was correct and rational, because patient was absolutely recovered within a week.

This case report was designed to report an incident of benign breast tissue with fibrocystic change in a 50 years old woman brought to Gujranwala Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Radiotherapy (GINUM) and having 2-3 months of disease history with serious symptoms. With mammography she was diagnosed fibrocystic breast changes and later on fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) of the breast was performed. Hence, surgical removal of benign mass was recommended by the consultant oncologist . In DHQ Hospital Sialkot, she undergone a successful surgery. Chemotherapy was suggested for two weeks and she was cured.The effective care of fibrocystic breast change may potentially needs comprehensive assessment for appropriate differential diagnosis. However, the rational therapy and scientific drug monitoring can help to control the fibrocystic breast change. Moreover, consultant oncologists should be careful to detect the exact neoplasm and initiate the treatment to avoid morbidities and mortalitiesss

Among all forms of cancers, Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer in females worldwide. It is in fact the second leading causes of death among female population. However, incidence rate of breast cancer is higher among Pakistani females compare to other countries of Asia. The major factors that play important role in the development of breast carcinoma are the genetics and environment, the reproductive experience, the effect of endogenous and exogenous hormones in females and the change in immune status. However, in the Pakistani women hormonal factors including age of menarche, use of oral contraceptives, central obesity, family history, polycystic ovaries, nulliparity, late age at first pregnancy, smoking, alcohol consumption and lack of breast feeding are some of the most common risk factors developing breast cancer. Furthermore, the high prevalence of BRCA mutations indicates the importance of genetic counseling. Focus should be given to find out the genetic factors causing breast cancer in Pakistani population to elucidate the genetic cause leading to breast cancer development in order to prevent and decrease its incidence.

This case study has been designed to access and discuss all the aspects through which the disease Tuberculosis can become fetal and more aggressive. A 31 years old woman in Lahore move to the doctor, unreasonable fever from three successive days, along with night sweats. She has been examined in the hospital with great care and was approved special type of tests specific for the disease. These tests included her Sputum examination for acid fast bacillus, complete blood count, ESR, Microdot or tuberculin skin tests and chest X-rays. Tuberculosis was diagnose and she was given medical prescriptions along with complete rest.
