Dr. Orloski completed his Doctor of Sciences (Physics and Mathematics), General Physics Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow, on November 20, 1998. He completed his Sciences (equivalent of Ph.D.), General Physics Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow, Solid State Physics.
